Paterson Consultancy’s driving force is Barbara Paterson. She set up the consultancy ten years ago and has extensive experience of people and business development. Her achievements include building the Career Consulting arm in the North East for KPMG, one of the big four global accountancy and business advisory firms. As well as a raft of professional qualifications, she is a very experienced business adviser, executive coach and facilitator of best practice.
